FloorSignage, LLC warrants the material against manufacturing defects for up to 12 months. Our materials discussed herein are sold without any warranty as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranty, express or implied.  No representative of ours has any authority to waive or change the foregoing provisions, and no statement or recommendation not contained herein shall have any force of effect unless in an agreement signed by the officers of seller and manufacturer.

While technical information and advice for use of our materials are provided, in every case the user shall determine and bear sole responsibility for selecting the appropriate material for their intended use. Our materials have been specially formulated for digital printing and should be tested for any other method. Users are responsible for testing to determine the suitability of our material and that it will perform as expected during the materials entire life cycle including print/printing/inks and quality, post print processing, shipment, installation, environmental, removal and overall use.  The use of any laminates, coatings, edge seals or supplementary adhesives voids all warranties as FloorSignage has no control over any additional product/s used in conjunction with any FloorSignage materials including the added product/s composition/ingredients, quality, production or installation and how any added product/s will perform with our materials.

User assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with their use of any material.  Any liability associated with the use of our materials is limited to the value of the material and not inclusive of any other costs associated with production, installation, or removal. The Seller’s and Manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the material proven to be defective at its discretion. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising from the use or the inability to use the product. In no case shall the Seller or Manufacturer be liable for any other direct or indirect damages or loss, including without limitation any incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any labor charges incident to the removal or replacement of the graphic. The foregoing may not be changed except by written agreement by the manufacturer. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to imply the nonexistence of any relevant patents or to constitute a permission, inducement or recommendation to practice any invention covered by any patent without authority from the owner of the patent.
